Giant 'Dog' from ARAN Hounds Ministers During Dog Breeding Establishment Bill Debate

Ministers and Senators met today in Dail Eireann to discuss the final stages of the Dog Breeding Establishment Bill and were greeted by a giant 'dog' from ARAN. The lively 'hound' waved a sign to Ministers and Senators and passing traffic that read - 'Modern Ireland -- Needs Modern Animal Protection Legislation'. ARAN points out at this critical time that modern legislation to curb dog exploitation in Ireland is long overdue and is very much needed during a time of immense cruelty and suffering of dogs on puppy farms across Ireland. ARAN continues to campaign for tougher laws for animals in Ireland.
